• First telephone call is free. About 40% of issues get fixed like this. Quotes for anything else are free too.
• I can come to you (depending on distance, there will be a mileage charge)
• You can come to me (I am in Plessala 22330 Brittany France and also in South Wales UK about 2-3 months of the year)
• If you can set up a community event, I charge a flat fee for a set period (usually three hours)
• or I can help you remotely, using Skype, Zoom or other video contact tools
